These Terms govern your use of Ohmia.AI (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Ohmia.AI provides a real-time AI sales copilot, AI roleplay training, and CRM features. Features and plans may evolve over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and credentials, and for any activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the Service lawfully and in compliance with applicable rules, including recording-consent laws where you operate.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service or its security.
• You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to process call participants' data.

4. Plans & billing

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business and custom plans) are billed in advance through our payment processor. Usage limits apply per plan. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual property

Ohmia.AI and its software, design, and trademarks remain our property. You retain ownership of your own content and data processed through the Service.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is". AI suggestions are decision-support and may be imperfect; you remain responsible for what you say and do on your calls. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in [your commercial terms].

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [city], unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
